I've had a really good boost to my swimming recently, some might say a breakthrough. Strangely I had a great swim session today too and I also noticed rhythm to be a factor. | Previous posts Tags 2012 220 magazine bad tri british cycling challenge challenge barcelona circadian rhythm comfort zone excitement flip turn going long gordon byrn intervals istvan balyi joe friel karl weick london mornings nerves novices opportunity panic zone periodisation potholes rest rhythm rollapuluza sleep snow stretch zone success swimming team gb threat track cycling training triathlete magazine triathlon tudor bompa tumble turn turbo ukathletics My Links |
