Back to Back2 good days with yesterday a Run/Weights session and Today Swim/ Bike combo. Its so much easier to plan sessions when the weather is sun/blue sky although only 12C.
Looks like a good week to get biking in January with views to the snow capped mountains but all the snow is in the Alps, not a lot here. W01 Total: 7h:44m Bike 3h:09m 80km (41%)Run 2h:49m 33km (37%) Weights 1h:45m (23%) Only that is impossible which you have not the will to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! XC SKI First xc ski of this winter. One hour about 10k in beautiful blue ski and sunshine. Hope to make it tomorrow as well
Swim 10min 0.5km (4%) Run 3h:01m 33km (69%) Cond 1h:10m (27%) ... Week 4 Time flies when you are having fun. Can't believe this is week 4 of winter training. Its snowing at last and Cauterets is opening on Friday and possibly the XC at the weekend. Ski pass has arrived so its all systems go.
Slow start this week with a ... Week 3 Winter Schedule Week 3 starts with a return to weights and biking to get ready for the XC ski season. Snow should be here soon but its only on the summits so far. 220k on the bike last week which is OK for December.... Keep Going Well so far so good despite the heatwave with 35c forecast this weekend. Furthest run since my plantar fasciitis. Good swims and weights. Stronger on the bike with a PB on my 40k ride, don'ask.
