Ups and Downs Hi, just getting back to some regular training. It's funny how things get in the way of your routine. Well never mind with a positive mental attitude you can look forward not back and plan for the future while learning from the past mistakes. So these 2 months give me a solid base to get on with.

Good week after last weekend's race and preparing for a 10k at Tarbes. This is the first of a season long Challenge Bigorre, comprising of 10 races, 5 trail and ... Race Result Le Cabilat'Trail an 18k trail race through the woods with 300m of climbing. A good result for a training race as I predicted 1 1/2 hours.
