Pyrenees Crosstrainer
No shortage of training opportunities here in the Hautes Pyrenees. Now I have plenty of time to train I wonder how I competed and trained for all the triathlons from 1986 onwards with a job to do as well.
So I must focus on what works best and race as and when I can.

First time on this course. Fine, sunny morning up to 18C at the end. Good course on mainly hard ground, towpath but sections of more stony ground. Off to a fast start and held this pace to about 9k then slowed slightly but pleased with the result ahead of next wee's big 10k at Toulouse.
