The Path Begins

So it begins.

After a few months of sole searching to see if this is the way I wanted to go in 2016, even after entering I have finally decided that I will be going back to Kalmar. 3 year after my first attempt, where I found out about my Neuromuscular / Spinal Cord condition.

So I will now be in the ' Challenge Athlete' division which really only means something to me. This is after me agonising if this is going to help me with the internal fight that is going on within me at present, but I do find exercise help me set my direction and thought patterns, so the decision is two fold.

The plan is set so between now and August it will be some hard time, for those of you who read this blog, thank you for your support, and please give a shout of support if you see me slow going around the streets of Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot and Llanelli in South Wales which will be the main training grounds for me.

There are a few B & C events planned for the next few months as well, as well as the coaching session with Celtic Tri that I am invloved in.

This will be a short blog today, but will be back in a few weeks when everything gets into full swing.

The above is one of my main mantra's for the next few months, it is not only going to be a challenge to my body but a challenge to my mind as well.
