L'Etape du Tour Completed![]() Hello long time no speak......if you are wondering I did finish the L'Etape du Tour in just over 9 hours well ahead of the broom wagon and out of 13000 riders only 8000 completed. Weather on the day was wet and cold at the top of the Tourmalet many people could not descend as they had got too cold. I did not stop and just kept plodding on and it paid off. I lost five stone training and to date have put only 10lbs back on amazing for me. It was an amazing experience and I was so pleased I put in the training, I just wish I had used Tri Blogs to log it all as I would have had an amazing record of what worked. I did a lot of long rides and lots of Watt Bike sessions. So lesson learnt just booked Ironman 70.3 Exmoor for next July........ Let's see if I can record and blog at least weekly and off with the ten pounds, looking forward to winter training and Hiit sessions on the Watt Bike (most amazing kit in the world, sack your Gym membership and buy one) | Previous posts Archive * October 2014 (1) * September 2014 (1) * January 2014 (2) * November 2013 (3) * October 2013 (3) * June 2011 (1) * May 2011 (13) Tags beachbody.com half marathon inferno plan insanity ironman 70.3 l'etape du tour rockin body turbofire watt bike Welcome to TriBlogs the free online training solution.Plan, record, analyse and share your triathlon experiences.
