It just keeps getting better!

Had a fantastic run yesterday! Went home for lunch and had some down time before my spinning class. 5 pm came around and amazingly I didn´t need a pick me upper! Coffee!!! I usually would be in urgent need for coffee in the afternoon, specially before teaching a class. I finished my class feeling great. Bought some groceries after class, which by the way I am thirilled with. There is an amazing advantage eating in this new format. The amount of money spent was far less than before and with many more items!

I finished my evenning freezing again! I had a tomatoe egg white omelette and a banana.

Woke up feeling great again! I am loving this!!! I haven´t gotten to a full blown out triathlon training schedule yet but I am logging between 11 or 12 hrs of workouts per week. Full Ironman trainning won´t start until March after my first ultra run!!! And I have a feeling I will still be feeling full of energy! HEALTHY TRAINING!
