Know when to be flexible...not just the stretching kind.

Hello Folks!
It is officially halfway through my 2ND training week. I successfully stuck to my plan for a whole..wait for it..3 days. Now, that might sound super awful to many of you, but I promise it's not what you think. When i set up my training plan, I had the exact same workouts posted every day for each week. Now that i look back all i can think is...BORING. So, i re-evaluated and created a new and improved schedule. Okay, that's a little bit of an exaggeration. Truth is, i just had to switch around some of the workouts to fit them into my daily "college life" schedule. Nothing too crazy, but still a change. Change, my friends, is a good thing. Sure, it's weird and sometimes it can be a little uncomfortable, but the truth is it can be super amazing too! I guess that is my little moral for the day. BE FLEXIBLE TO CHANGE. (and i don't mean it in the stretching way, although that is extremely important too :P) Change in your life can open so many doors and create many new opportunities.
