Tired this morning

Woke up tired, but not surprising after a week off sick, and was on call last night. Had a good easy run though, and looking forward to weights tonight.
Following a new program, based on Joe Friel's training bible. Haven't done weights consistently for years, and I think it's a good addition to the program, especially as I can't get to the pool consistetly at the moment.

Hi Jo,
I saw from your last post that you are using the Friel's Bible as a reference for your training.
Is that a good book? As I'm a novice, in order to have a better understanding I was planning to buy something and from Amazon it has a loot of good feedbacks...

Despite a late night watching the tour de france, I sprang out of bed this morning, eager to start the new program. Did the windtrainer session, which involved 2 "hills" of 5 min each while watching the end of last night's stage to Verbier - very ins...
getting back into it

After a week off work with the flu, I woke up and decided to go for a short run. Ended up doing 6 km and felt so much better for it. Also rode mtb out to support a friend on his long run...
