Drafting my Ironman plan and contemplating training

This weekend I've been thinking about how much effort is required to complete an Ironman and I've completed a first draft of my plan (attached). This involves 30 weeks of training in all disciplines with weekly swimming lessons to perfect my technique. If there is any additional reference material that could help my training or improve my plan please comment.

Additionally this week I have continued to reduce my body weight loosing 2 kilos.
