St. Louis Based 'triathlete' used to train crossfit/SEALfit for 2-3 2011 was introduced and fallen in love with sport of triathlon. 1st run after almost 2 weeks of no running due to foot injury. Snow run!

Finished a 7 mile run at about 10min/mile pace. OK nothing spectacular but felt good enough to really, really want to make Tang Soo Do practice. Loved running in snow, really shows how your feet strike and its actually quite beautiful as well as very quiet since no one really runs (Just the crazy ones?). If you've never run in snow try it! Be careful of slush by roads as that is what's most slippery. Shoulders feel little sore after yesterday's SEALfit. Hope to finish planned 18 mile run this Sunday!
