TSD/Swim + BikeBeautiful weather for February, around 60ish and considering how tomorrow is chance of snow I had to get on my bike after suffering no biking withdrawals for past 2 weeks. Quick 1 loop around forest park and straight to Rec for 1600m swim (200 warmup, 400 kick, 200 free, 800 pull). Love how cycling shorts are also swim shorts so all had to do was take off shirt and jump in. Then to nice relatively easy TSD practice where we did lotsa of stretching.
