Swim (Tough!) and kendo

Visited physiologist today and he did some stuff with my leg that made my hip flexors pop and he said should improve my running (Recovery, stride, maybe even speed) for Sunday's 22 miles. Even now it feels strange/looser as I'm sitting typing and seriously considering a stand up desk for home and office. Went for hardest swim of my life thanks to Nina's swim workout! 200m IM, 200m IM pull, then 200m IM kick back to back. Straight into main set 2 times of 2x25m on the :30, 2x50m on the 1:00, 2x100m, on the 2:00 followed by 200m cool down. According to her did about 30-40mins straight of swimming and covered over 1800m! My longest swim ever was 1600m either pulling (cheating) or taking breaks (Also cheating). I've never had my goggles fog up that bad before! Went straight into kendo practice, relatively easier but more focused on proper technique, and did some hard/fast drills towards end.
