Found a much tougher hill than normal forest park skinker which is long but not very steep. A relatively short 200-400m hill that is almost 20% grade and grass in front of the St. Louis Art museum. Though shorter, it was really tough and only managed...

1400m swim, 200free, 100IM, 100pull as warm up straight into 10x100m free. Still got a lot to work on swim if I want to qualify for Kona, good thing I have about 2 years to work on it! Straight into TSD with awesome ab warmup and then crescent kicks...
