Basketball, swim

Met up with Nam Nguyen, Nina Cheong and played basketball for about an hour or so and then Leila joined us for girls vs boys for about 45mins. Playing also reminded me why Nam and myself generally avoid playing basketball but overall it was extremely fun! BTW Nina's claim of 'not being aggressive enough' for us seemed to not be true cause she was dominating the whole time. Then all 4 of us went for swim started with about 400m warmup and really need to work on butterfly followed with flip turn drills. Feeling somewhat confident now so may try it next week during swim workouts and then to main set of 10x100m on the 2:00 or 15 sec rest resting at 5. Super hard! 3 and 4 especially as I took in more water than air and panicked and felt sorry for self. Its been while since I've felt that and really, really hate that feeling as I wasn't drowning, seriously hurt or anything just feeling pathetic. Still glad swam over 1600m with cooldown and know next off season I'll work to at least 2.4 mile swim!
