St. Louis Based 'triathlete' used to train crossfit/SEALfit for 2-3 2011 was introduced and fallen in love with sport of triathlon. Run 5.5, Swim, TSD

Began with 5.5 mile run with Nina Cheong who really, really knows how to set pace as a short distance runner! We averaged mid to high 9min miles for whole run and she made me work hard on hills and down hills. Followed with swim in afternoon totaling 1400m and straight to TSD practice to work on sparring. TSD practice really showed my tendencies to be stupid/careless as I got kicked really hard and well all over the head. It works well for triathlon in cycling and running, but swimming I know that I'll probably drown if not careful which is probably why its my weakest sport.
