Sprint intervals, Taichi

Ran quick 1 mile warmup just under 7:30 pace but not 100% sure, then did sprint ladder of 100, 200, 400, 800, 400, 200, 100m sprint/hardest and fastest at set distance. I know that I am definitely not a good sprinter! 100m and 200m pretty consistent at about 23 seconds per 100, 400's I kept under 7:20 pace, but my 800m pace was pathetic! I went too hard on the earlier sets and warmup and 800m pace suffered. Then straight to taichi where I've noticed my horse stance is very bad and also my right leg despite not hurting from running anymore, the tendon was stretched really hard the way my stance was. If you're interested in Taichi, feel free to leave a comment and I can let you know practice times, its been helping my technique in all 3 sports for triathlon.

Dan and I were talking yesterday during our bike ride, what is your average MpH on your bike, going hard, on flat terrain?

Depends how gassed, wind etc. But I hit over 32mph I think on one bit Sunday and pretty sure I hit around 33mph in a full sprint/aero bit but my speed function on computer was down
