St. Louis Based 'triathlete' used to train crossfit/SEALfit for 2-3 2011 was introduced and fallen in love with sport of triathlon. Swim, Run, TSD

Got off work much later than expected and only had time for 800m swim, 200 of which were kicks to develop hip flexors, then 5k run on track and straight to TSD. Relatively easier night but my run stride feels weird as I've been trying to drive knees and hips more into my running. New muscles bit sore mainly around calf which shows I still am not using my hips and legs to full potential for run....BEHHHH Well at least physiologist says my stride is like I'm on a bike so my cycling has improved!
