Quick 1.4k swim that went relatively well, finally got pretty good stroke down but just need to work on the endurance so I can finish 1.2 for 70.3. Found that ladder style swim workout from 25, 50, 75, 100 and back 2 times with warmup is pretty good way to slowly build up confidence and endurance in swim. Followed straight into a nice TSD conditioning practice and overall pretty good workout day. Glad able to finally bounce back from 2 straight days of not very good workouts!
