For the last 2 years I have been out through injury.....well to be more precise injuries, some serious some not so......but all of which have resulted in no training, no competition, total loss of all fitness and a huge increase in body weight!
So I am returning to training at 'Ground Zero'.........so through this blog I will hopefully chart my progress back to fitness.
