Where do I go now ? by Tiggatigh Aug 7th 2010Made it to gym and pool twice in the week after 8 weeks recovering from bike accident. Very damaged foot amongst other stuff, deep joy. Absolutely gutted, had just got to the point where 5k run was easy and normal and 20k on bike seemed like a warm up.
No idea what I'm aiming for now, just to be able to do things again I guess.

I knew she wasn't well, getting old but her passing was quite a shock.
