Toe, head, explosion

Right foot, middle toe, stubbing against shoes/trainers/wellies....toe doesn't look overly long, well not to me. Any ideas ?

Had interesting swim yesterday morning - pool had been overdosed, can still taste it now yukkk.

Day one in new job, head about to explode with information overload. I'm going running ! (At the gym, is floody breezing out there, so much for spring has sprung) Might chuck in swim kit on the off chance the pool is empty so I can prat about in my usual manner without an audience of elderly upright breast stroking wimmin.

hay, prob jus that your runners are to small. Basically your feet expand when your run past 5ish km so if your dead on a size 7 you should go 4 a 7.5 or 8 if you training for marathon dist. Scotty

Seems to be all footwear that does it, not just runners (which are deliberately half size over) Tried some of they funky so called running socks, still bashing the heck out of me poor toots although I must say my arches feel ok after todays 8k

Maybe it's just I have weird toes ?
