There is light at the end of the Tunnel

After a week since I seemed to have lost my runners high things are improving no end. Having taken a few days off running and concentrated on swimming and turbo sessions my legs and head are back on track. With the start of Week 6 of Outlaw Training taking hours to 10 I had to ask myself some questions about motivation. Reading Be Iron Fit has certainly given me a lift and I am ready to face anything now. Has a hard session over the weekend with swimming followed by run intervals then a 2 hour turbo in the afternoon. A few double sessions this week with postponed anniversay weekend away so run / turbo yesterday, run / swim tonight then a big turno session tomorrow to make my usual Monday rest day on Saturday. I will manage a swim on Friday 'before the weekend away' actually starts and a turbo and run session on Sunday when we get back home. Keep the light burning I am getting there to become an Outlaw!
