So, I am a swimmer turned triathlete!
Swimming is obviously ok, biking not too bad but needs some strength work, running is my kryptonite!

Post of the Week by Wilko Sep 7th 2009Yesterday was the final VO Two Long swim, having not swum for a while I am happy with the time of 53:44, 50s slower than South Cerney.
Looking forward to next week, HSBC Triathlon.
