Post of the Week by Wilko Oct 12th 2009I have been so busy, and partly lazy I have been very tardy from training still. I think it was my work trip away with the funny work hours, which has got me out of the habit of training. Darn work!
I have been doing some skipping, but that is not worthy of training time in the diary!
