The training time for last week was low, but was the run up for a race. Missed long run yesterday and my intervals on Friday. Raced in the HSBC Triathlon yesterday, finishing time of 1:12:58.
Leg Splits:
S - 11:40
T1 - 1:58
B - 37:14

Bike (19.7km) 27:17 (2 laps, second lap half with punture)
