Swimming is obviously ok, biking not too bad but needs some strength work, running is my kryptonite!

Embarking on a voyage

Here begins the next voyage in my work life, I am sat in Manchester airport wondering how I got here, feeling a bit chubby and lathargic and facing the impending doom of the realisation I a running a marathon in just under 5 weeks time.

I took some readings on my body composition monitor before I left the house and found since my last Reading a little more than a year ago I have gained c.10kg of body mass, 4% body fat, but surprisingly 6kg of muscle mass. Weird. I know these are worked out on mathmatical algorithms, but that's quite a swing! Lol.

Just going to sup my last latte before going back to my straight black coffee and getting myself fit again.

Must get and retain motivation once again, and I miss cycling. The bike being tucked away in storage. :-(
