So, I am a swimmer turned triathlete!

Swimming is obviously ok, biking not too bad but needs some strength work, running is my kryptonite!

Getting back to it!

So, it has been a while....!

I unfortunately let myself get out the habit of exercising because of work commitments and training was hit and miss. Also, it is now 5 weeks since an operation where I was advised by the docs to resist from exercise.

I have found that lethargy and feeling unfit is kicking in so need to exercise again.

I went out for a run with my house mate this evening and I think that I may have overdone it a little, although I took it steady but I think the distance may have been a little too far. Oh well, will see how the legs are tomorrow.
