So, I am a swimmer turned triathlete!

Swimming is obviously ok, biking not too bad but needs some strength work, running is my kryptonite!

Post of the week

It has been a good week this week. I was out on the bike on Saturday and went back to the hill I was taken on when I first went out on the bike (the one where I fell off, rather embarrassingly!). I managed to get to the top, which is progress and shows my strength and power is improving.

Sunday was the first BADTri open water swim at Henleaze, which was refreshing (water temp about 13 degrees).

Home for the most part of three weeks now so I am going to make the most of being able to get some more swimming in and being able to cycle some more. Probably cycling to swimming as I started in March.

I have eventually downloaded my photos so I will be trying to get some on the blog - will make it a little more colourful.

hey - how do you get the little run/swim/cycle icons at the bottom of the post? Can you automatically copy them from your triblogs profile or do you have to stick the images in each time?

Hi Ronald

It's easy, when you create a post there is a section called 'Data Attachment'. Tick this box and you will have a number of options about what you can attach to the bottom of the post and the timescale covered.
