So, I am a swimmer turned triathlete!

Swimming is obviously ok, biking not too bad but needs some strength work, running is my kryptonite!

Well, my planned run sessions this week have already started going down the pan!

St. Paddy's day yestderday and we went out after dinner. It turned out to be one of those evenings that turned into a mini-session, so rolling in at 1am (on a school night!) it was pre-determined I wouldn't be getting up and running this morning....

Also, dropped a few minutes on Monday & Tuesday due to getting to the gym late because of work and having to leave early to grab breakfast before work - the joys of the overseas work means longer hours. :-(

Anyhoo, back to it this evening.
