Had to ride the recumbent bike today. Event though I was up at 7 in resistance, I never feel like I m working as hard as on the upright. Soon I will get outside and carry my own weight and see a HUGE difference. MY knee was sore too... have to focus on that more

This was probably the hardest brick we have faced. Swim 750yds then run 40 min. Of course I did not run the 40 - we walked outside though - covered 2 miles in 35 min. I did jog a bit and of everything, my knees felt it the most. it was easier to jog...

I love weights. I just like feeling strong. I upped my weight today on the majority of the machines. I just can't get higher on the shoulder press though.. that one hurts... lol. We are going to go to twice a week with the lifting, hopefully to see s...
