In the second week of my marathon training, I ran 9.27 miles at 10.01 ave pace. This is a comfortable pace fgr me, and a minute/min slower than my marathon pace. Feeling quite strong after triathlon club running sessions but still... First Triathlon of 2010 entered!! Today I entered the London Triathlon OD!! Very excited!!
