Another poor training week caught a cold after a 10k freezing cold run last week. Feel such a weakling.
Just can't string a set of consistent training sessions. Really want to shift some weight (3/4 stone), and improve on last season. Busy weekend golf, avatar (great movie), working 3am Sunday. So missed training. Start again fresh tomorrow........ Hell, if I get an early night, perhaps I'll crawl out of my pit to do some weights! Dream on. :) |
