The lads as school who have to occupy themselves during games throwing discuss, javelin and shotput! That was me, a long, long time ago. So not a good start to my sporting career. Basically, I've never been good at sport. Trying to make up for it now in enthusiasm.

Been Missing Something

got to be honest, the last couple of years have been improving steadily, but nothing spectacular. Long runs (for me anyway!) destroy my legs for a couple of days.

Trying something different this year, and I know it's not exactly rocket surgery. Weight reps and tonning exercises 2 or 3 times a week.

Got back in the pool, and knocked out 100 lengths after a couple of months off. Gotta put that down to increased core strength.

Motivation on the rise, and despite pulling a tendon in my foot, still got plenty of training in.

Can't wait for the season to see if it transfers to better results!!
