Speeding Things Up a Little

Race season is here, so it's out of the Strength and Endurance phase of my training for me and time to do some speed work.

Shorter, sharper intervals will be the order of the day, slightly lower volume to start with and slightly higher intensity to get myself used to swimming, cycling and running a little faster than I have been. Time for some above race pace intervals.

And here, for no reason at all other than I like the chart is an elevation chart from a recent hill reps workout. Pretty hey!?
