The positive side to injury

My recent knee injury has meant that I've finally got around to starting some more strength and conditioning work. It's something I'd been neglecting in my training schedule, but while I couldn't run I started to incorporate a couple of sessions a week.

It's nothing too taxing, core workouts, some all round strength work with resistance bands and some extra stretching and foam roller work. I'm now back running again but will hopefully keep up the strength and conditioning too... See something posisitve from everything, even and injury.
