Training - Week 15

Boney elbows wanted...

So...its Wednesday and after a day off (yes, really!) yeasterday, I couldnt resits a nice easy 5km this lunchtime to keep me ticking over...

More pressing, is the tightless in my left hip (?!)/ glute, which I cant seem to get at to stretch... Boney elbows wanted to 'get stuck in'... failing that, i'll be rolling around on my hockey ball this eve...what fun :-)
Off the the gym this lunchtime to do one last hard effort session then its recover runs and rest for the rest of the week...

But for now it 4 x 1600m @ 12.9kmh...

One last hard run effort before Sunday's race...
