Training - Week 20

The week before Hotel Dory...!!

Off to Italy (Hotel Dory) this coming Saturday for 7 days of training. The trip is geared up around cycling every day, but with Majorca 70.3 no longer on the cards and the fact that I havenĀ't actually cycled AT ALL this year (with the exception of indoor sessions and spinning) I am not really looking forward to it to be honest...

I will aim to cycle at least three days out of seven and focus on doing long runs and swimming on the other days. in the meantime, its business as usual on the training front:

This weeks (Mon-Fri) training:

  • Monday - Club Swimming
  • Tuesday - Spinning (am); Running intervals (lunchtime)
  • Wednesday - Spinning (pm)
  • Thursday - Running intervals (lunchtime); Club Swimming (9pm)
  • Friday - 7.5km recovery run
