Commuting Is Good Training...

Commuting is an easy way of incorporating distance into a training week with relatively low impact. 32 km a day for free together with all the CO2 reduction benefits and reduced likelihood of catching some hacking disease from the masses on a hot sweaty train.

I have been so lazy recently in keeping this updated - to those whom seem to be reading my blog - apologies. Saturday was superb with the first real use of the TT bike in anger, super early in beautiful weather. Maika found me an awesome route - scenic and fast..

Ay Up lights arrived yesterday - they are outstanding and I will try and post some pictures of them in the coming days.

Good start to the day today with a bit of core work at home before cycling to work. Not pleasant cycling home - super slippery in the wet so had to go slow with no powering down hills. Need to eat less rubbish and drink less coffee tomorrow....
