Commuting Is Good Training...Commuting is an easy way of incorporating distance into a training week with relatively low impact. 32 km a day for free together with all the CO2 reduction benefits and reduced likelihood of catching some hacking disease from the masses on a hot sweaty train. I have been so lazy recently in keeping this updated - to those whom seem to be reading my blog - apologies. Saturday was superb with the first real use of the TT bike in anger, super early in beautiful weather. Maika found me an awesome route - scenic and fast.. Ay Up lights arrived yesterday - they are outstanding and I will try and post some pictures of them in the coming days. Holiday Break & Punctures
A few days at Rainbow Beach should have provided daily variety of cycling, some open water swimming & rest. Unfortunately weather & punctures prevented this & cycling to work on Mon this week. A few push ups & crunches this morning taught me how ... Rain Rain Rain

Has been perpetually raining here in Brisbane, super slippy roads and shed loads of debris.
Yesterday
On the way to work: 2 puntures, ended up walking until I had blisters then took shoes off picked bike up and ... Wet weather.....
Good start to the day today with a bit of core work at home before cycling to work. Not pleasant cycling home - super slippery in the wet so had to go slow with no powering down hills. Need to eat less rubbish and drink less coffee tomorrow....
