Rubbish week... but a good week

Been a rubbish week for training, been busy with design work only got out Sunday, and Thursday. Although the Sunday was a 10k run up and down Mount Cootha. And Thursday was a high intensity 3k at full effort

Got a heart rate monitor now so can really ensure am training at the right intensity.
