Snooze on!

Bike - usual commute to work will have to suffice, at a very leisurely pace.

Run - about 70minutes for a 10km (all be it offroad).

Swim - cancelled, decided to eat a hearty lunch instead.

Lesson: Had a terrible nights sleep last night and tried to go for a 'run', ouch! I've come to the conclusion that there is a direct correlation between my speed that I can sustain with how much sleep I've had the night before, particularly when already knackered from harder training sessions. Snooze on!
