Praying for good weather

It feels like ages since I had a good outing on the bike; hoping that this weekend will remain dry (cold and cloudy I can deal with, just not torrential downpours!) so I can get some miles under my belt.

I'm now beginning to learn why some triathletes are like bears and choose to hibernate for the winter months!

It seemed to work :-)

Two 70km cycles achieved. Not blindlingly fast (2hr 21min yesterday, 2hr 34min today), but felt to be out rather than stuck on the turbo.

Gonna be sore tomorrow...
