Really following training plan and shhhh don't tell anyone but ........... I'm not being sidetracked by extra work !!

Had a great weekend, running then off to Twickenham to watch the rugby. Then a long bike ride on Sunday morning followed by a roast at friends, followed by a couple of glasses of wine and port.

Spent the night snoring like a pig and sinuses are all bunged up. I always thought that my bunged up morning after feeling was from smoke etc, obviously not.

Got an odd week at work this week, one day at uni another in London on a course. But trainin seems to be very doable and Wednesday is now going to be my rest day.

Just a quick note about my Tri club , Ocean Lake Triathlon. We started last oct 2011 and have really moved things to the next level. A second season of races at 'leybourne lakes' and some top quality technical coaching from an ex pro, set for the winter months. The Canterbury Branch, of which I belong is up to 6 members and the whole club has about 40 members now. Today we had our races published in Tri 220. Very proud !!!
