Suns out , dogs walked . I coul get used to this.

7am swim, long warm up and 3 x 400 max effort. Timed last one 7.55, so not too bad.

Long ride planned after work to make up from yesterday, so thought I would put on my super droopy new BB , a hope ceramic one. But as with most of my DIY work, it doesn't work out Hope don't fit on FSA cranks. So back on went the old creaking one.

Legs feeling heavy from Monday , I think they are the size of Chris Hoys , the I look down and just see a couple bits of string hanging from my shorts.

Hard work out , but do feel I'm gaining some top speed by doing this ' time crunched cyclist programme' .

It's days like these that we all love to have when training.
