So much for slowly, slowly, catchy monkey. While I ditched the weight training and began a cut-down training regime I stupidly carried on playing squash. Now I've wrecked my hip and can barely walk!

This is quickly turning into A Lesson In How Not To Train For a Triathlon. I have to keep positive though, so with that mind - the fact that I have 3 weeks to recovery can only be a good thing.
