Treadmill Training

I've done a 5K run on the treadmill for the last couple of days which has two advantages. One, it's my race distance and two, I don't get stuck in the English countryside if my back goes. I'm not really putting much into these runs but at least it's keeping the weight off for now. I'm hoping one day I'll just feel great... then I'll be off.. I just hope it's before the triathlon!

I actually jumped on the exercise bike today after my run, so if I do a swim tonight I'll have done all my disciplines in a day. I'm thinking I won't do triathlon club tonight but just do a few lengths to test out the shoulder.
