Back into the swing of training. Times:
Week beginning 27 April: 4h20
Week beginning 4 May: 6h26

I'd like to build this up from 6h per week to 8h per week going into June.
I'm pretty happy, noticing that the winter fat is burning off and some muscle is being added in just 2 weeks. Trying not to overdo it but on Sunday I was itching to do more and more, thought about going back out to do an extra run lap.
Only disappointment is a lack of gym sessions. No swimming at the moment either, because of scheduling difficulties.

Today (Tuesday) was a wipeout. Failed to do a 6 mile run because of a headache possibly brought on by poor sleep and poor nutrition. Took a rest day instead, pleased with that as it will keep my motivation high, but a bit disappointed to drop a day especially when Wednesday is filled with work commitments - enforced rest. Will do a cycling commute.

Goal for this week: must work on weights program, finish on 6h+
