Yoga Tried some yoga yesterday. Realisation about lack of flexibility. Think that this could be a good thing and doesn't involve getting cold and wet! Bonus!!!!! Tags: yoga Pilates is also excellent for flexibility and core strength! More focused on core strength though. Sarah, I can´t tell you how good yoga is for the body, let alone triathlon. If you can, keep it up! You will see in about two months there will be a huge difference on how you feel on your runs! Plus you will strengthen your body to minimize injury.
