Transition Time is almost here... ![]() Just a few weeks to go now until the 'big push'. By day, I live in the land of pilates bolster cushions, slip on trainers, gym balls and breathing exercises. TriBlogs was lucky enough to be invited to the launch event of the new TevaSphere collection (by outdoor brand Teva). The af... Maybe she's born with it? ![]() Whatever 'it' is and no I definitely wasn't. If you'd have seen me when I first got back into running in 2004 then I doubt that 'natural runner' or 'born to run' would spring to mind.
For me, running felt like I was in a bad dream, no matter how... Running School: Turning up the Speed ![]() Time for Running
This time of year is one of my favorites for running. It can be cold outside, but on days like today when the sun is out and with some appropriate running gear I find these conditions great for training. My running sessions have... To my horror I'd become totally unfit so I set myself the goal of a half marathon...I got there, but I'm still chasing my sub 1hr 45 target!
Later I thought cycling looked quite fun so, I bought a bike and only then realised that I had to cycle on the road (second horror moment), seven years later and I don't recognise myself.
