Progress at last!

Well I must say all this core training has been a revelation. Not only am I enjoying it, but I am seeing some progress at lastl! Nothing I can see visually but I can defiantly say I am getting stronger. Free weights, TRX and some balance work, tick! My only problem now is that there is only one TRX in our gym and although most people seem to ignore it, if you get another keen bean like me then there can be some awkward stand offs. Will have to branch out and include some more swiss ball action.

Tried to go for my first run but I'm still too fatigued for this it seems. Made up for it with some stretching and rolling out tight muscles which made me feel great.
